Publication of summaries in an electronic book with ISBN and publication of a chapter in an electronic book with ISBN, upon acceptance. Certificates in digital format.
The face-to-face modality or the online modality will be chosen, and it is not possible to combine both modalities with the same registration.
Participants who wish and for justified reasons may request to change the individual presentation from face-to-face to online. In that case, you must follow the conditions of the online mode. In the case of participation in a symposium, you must manage it directly with the coordinator who will be responsible for your intervention to take place online at the time and room that corresponds to the symposium. In both cases, it must be requested at the congress secretariat before September 1, 2020.
The cancellation of registrations will not be possible and no refunds of any kind will be made or under any supervening condition.
IMPORTANT: The Forum program may be subject to some changes outside the organization, including date changes and presentation only online for unexpected or justified reasons.
RETURNS
The deadline to request a refund of the registration fee is December 30, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., and the refund will be made after applying a €50 penalty. As of said date and time, the cancellation of registrations will not be possible and no refunds of any kind will be made or under any supervening condition. If the reason for the cancellation of your registration is due to the non-acceptance of your work proposal, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded, even after December 30, 2019.
To request a refund, send a letter signed by the interested party to the following address: secretariafecies@gmail.com, attaching a copy of having made the registration fee.
